Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs.4.50 per share for FY 2024-25, with August 1, 2025 set as the record date for eligibility. Shareholders will also vote on issuing debt securities up to Rs.1,500 Cr and appointing M/s. Vinod Kothari & Company as Secretarial Auditor starting FY 2025-26.
