KELTECH Energies Ltd — Results, 23-05-2025: Integrated Filing

Keltech Energies Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on these results. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share on 10 lakh equity shares, subject to shareholder approval. Appointments were made for the financial year 2025-26, including M/s B.P. Rao & Company and M/s Kumar & Jayakrishnan as internal auditors, M/s Sharvari Kulkarni and Associates as secretarial auditors for five years, and Mr. Vikas Vinayak Deodhar as cost auditor. The board also approved the draft board report and fixed the date for the 48th Annual General Meeting.
