Regency Fincorp has announced a board meeting on which it appointed Ms. Shifaly Duggal as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Internal Auditor, leveraging her experience in compliance and secretarial matters. The board decided to call 75% of the pending amount from convertible warrant holders for equity conversion. Additionally, the company approved issuing 50 units of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures worth Rs. 5 Cr.
