TPL Plastech Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

TPL Plastech has announced a board meeting on May 23, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue hit Rs. 92.18 Cr in Q4 and Rs. 349.35 Cr for the year, with consolidated net profit rising to Rs. 23.59 Cr from Rs. 19.85 Cr last year. The board proposed a final dividend of Re. 1 per share. M/s. Dash Dwivedi & Associates LLP will be the new secretarial auditor for five years. Related party transactions worth Rs. 410 Cr for FY26 were also approved, subject to member consent.
