MMP Industries has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue rose 19% YoY to ₹693 Cr, led by Aluminium Foils (+44%) and Conductors (+23%). EBITDA grew 36% to ₹65 Cr with margins improving to 9.4%. PAT increased 23% to ₹39 Cr. A fire at the Umred powder plant caused insured losses of ₹15-20 Cr and disrupted production, but demand is met from other plants. Expansion includes relocating cable manufacturing to Butibori and new wire rod and insulator units to boost margins and supply stability.
