Narayana Hrudayalaya has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board plans a final dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share. The company intends to raise up to Rs. 1,500 Cr through debt securities via private placement. PAT stood at Rs. 4,311 Cr (standalone) and Rs. 7,906 Cr (consolidated), supported by strong margins and a stable balance sheet with increased assets and borrowings.
