MMP Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

MMP Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹168.39 Cr and PAT of ₹31.64 Cr for the year. It declared a maiden final dividend of 20% (₹2 per share), pending shareholder approval. MMP is expanding through two new wholly owned subsidiaries: MMP Cables Pvt Ltd (wires and cables) and MMP Alutech Pvt Ltd (aluminium products). The company is recovering from a major fire at its Umred plant, with estimated losses of ₹15-20 Cr, partly shifting operations to its Bhandara plant.
