The acquisition, done through cash consideration of Rs. 1.5 lakh for equity shares and Rs. 48.5 lakh for preference shares, positions Travexel as a subsidiary under joint control with the existing promoter. Travexel’s provisional turnover stood at Rs. 1.25 Cr in FY 2024-25, reflecting significant growth from Rs. 7 lakh the previous year. This move aligns with Mach Conferences’ goal to diversify and strengthen its event management portfolio.
