Rashi Peripherals reported Q4 net profit up 12% to ₹52.7 Cr on a 31% rise in EBITDA to ₹96 Cr, despite a 1% revenue decline to ₹297.3 Cr. FY25 net profit jumped 46% to ₹210.7 Cr, with revenue up 24% at ₹1,377.3 Cr and EBITDA growing 17.5% to ₹360.9 Cr. The company expanded into Visual Display, Quick Commerce, and Surveillance sectors, opened its 52nd branch in Srinagar, launched an Embedded Lab in Bangalore, and scaled its Mumbai call center. Credit ratings were upgraded by CRISIL.
