UniHealth has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Net profit jumped 63% YoY for H2 FY25 on a 20.56% rise in income to ₹27.50 Cr. EBITDA soared 519% to ₹11.91 Cr with a strong 35.92% margin. Hospitals & Medical Centres drove 82% of revenue, mainly from Uganda (74%). Expansion is underway with a new 60-bed hospital in Navi Mumbai and plans for 500+ beds in Nashik and Pune in FY26, backed by a ₹10.57 Cr capital infusion from promoters.
