Radiant Cash Management Services Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Radiant Cash Management Services has approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, posting consolidated net profit of ₹18.29 Cr for the year. A final dividend of ₹2.50 per share was declared. Leadership changes include appointing Mr. Alexander David as Whole Time Director (subject to shareholder nod) and naming Mr. R. Mohan as Senior Management Personnel, while Mr. S.J.S. Swamidoss resigned as Director – Banking.
