S&S Power Switchgear Limited has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹185.5 Cr, while a loss before tax of ₹46.9 Cr was reported, driven by higher expenses and integration costs post-acquisitions. S&S now fully owns its UK arm, Acrastyle Power India, and Hamilton Research and Technologies, strengthening its presence in aluminium automation. The company raised ₹46 Cr through preferential allotment, using ₹37.75 Cr to reduce debt. Mr. Sathyanarayanan C N joins as the new CFO with 20+ years’ experience.
