Transrail Lighting Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Transrail Lighting has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, with clean audit reports. A final dividend of 40% (Re. 0.8 per share) is proposed, subject to shareholder approval. The board greenlit a Rs. 198 Cr capex to expand tower and conductor capacity and upgrade equipment. Dr. Indu Shekhar Jha joins as an additional non-executive director, and Ms. Monica Gandhi steps in as the new Company Secretary. Key auditors were reappointed for FY26.
