Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 23-05-2025: Record Date

Everest Kanto Cylinder has announced a board meeting on August 14, 2025, setting the record date for the proposed final dividend of Re. 0.70 per share (35%) for FY24-25, subject to shareholder approval at the 46th AGM. Dividend payments will begin on or after August 28, 2025. The register of members will be closed from August 16 to 22, 2025, for AGM and dividend processing. Sanjiv Kapur has been appointed Whole-time Director and CFO effective May 26, 2025.
