TPL Plastech Limited — Board Meeting, 23-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

TPL Plastech Limited has announced a board meeting on May 23, 2025, approving audited consolidated results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to Rs. 349.34 Cr, with PAT increasing to Rs. 23.59 Cr from Rs. 19.85 Cr last year. The board proposed a final dividend of Re. 1 per share. They also appointed M/s.
