Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd — Updates, 23-05-2025: Company Update

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has announced a board meeting on which it appointed four key executives: Ravi Janardhanan as Director–Executive and Chief Innovation Officer, Ayub Shaik as Chief Information Security Officer, Thota Kusuma Haranadha Babu as Chief Sales Officer, and Mohan Chenchu Krishna Pathalapati as Chief Operating Officer. The Board approved increasing the authorized share capital from Rs. 630 Cr to Rs. 800 Cr, and an investment limit of up to Rs. 1300 Cr in Indian and overseas entities, subject to shareholder approval. The company plans to acquire 100% of US-based AIS Anywhere via a share swap valued at Rs. 752.32 Cr, making AIS Anywhere its wholly owned subsidiary and expanding its footprint in the US market. Additionally, the Board approved raising funds up to USD 50 million through Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, pending necessary approvals.
