Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has announced a board meeting to approve key executive appointments: Mr. Ravi Janardhanan as Director – Executive and Chief Innovation Officer, Mr. Ayub Shaik as Chief Information Security Officer, Mr. Thota Kusuma Haranadha Babu as Chief Sales Officer, and Mr. Mohan Chenchu Krishna Pathalapati as Chief Operating Officer. The Board approved an increase in authorised share capital from Rs. 63 Cr to Rs. 80 Cr, and set an investment limit of up to Rs. 1300 Cr for Indian and overseas entities, subject to shareholder approval. It also approved issuing 32 crore equity shares through a share swap to acquire 100% of AIS Anywhere, a US-based tech solutions firm with $83.7 million turnover in 2024, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Additionally, the company plans to raise up to USD 50 million via Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, pending approvals.
