Transrail Lighting has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue surged 40% in Q4 and 30% for FY25, driven by the core Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business. EBITDA grew over 40%, while PAT increased 27% in Q4 and 40% for the year. New orders hit Rs 4,965 crore in Q4, totaling Rs 9,680 crore for FY25. The outstanding order book stands at Rs 15,915 crore, 92% in T&D. Capacity expansion is underway to support this robust order pipeline.
