Sub: Update on litigation – Intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of

India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing

Regulations”)

Ref: Intimation dated May 02, 2025 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations

This is in reference to the intimation filed by the Company on May 02, 2025, wherein it was informed that

the matter concerning the suit instituted by Yatra Online Limited before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi

challenging the accepted trademarks ‘BookMyYatra’ and ‘BookMyYatra.com’—was scheduled for

hearing on May 20, 2025, before the Hon’ble High Court-Delhi. The Company has received the order

pertaining to the said hearing on May 23, 2025.

Further to our earlier disclosure to the Exchange, as referenced above, we wish to inform you of the following

development in the ongoing litigation:

The matter was scheduled for hearing on May 20, 2025, before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. However,

due to the Hon'ble Judge being on an official visit, the Court is unable to proceed with the hearing on May

20, 2025. The matter is therefore adjourned and will be relisted for hearing on August 04, 2025.

The details of the development on the said matter are provided in Annexure I as per the requirements of

Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No.

SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024.

The Company does not reasonably expect the same to have any material financial impact on the Company.
