Fusion Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Fusion Finance has announced a board meeting on May 23, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. AUM slipped to INR 8,980 Cr with loan disbursements at INR 6,971 Cr and 32.08 lakh active borrowers. Total income edged down to INR 2,369 Cr for FY25, while the company recorded a loss after tax of INR 1,225 Cr due to higher credit costs amid sector stress. Gross NPA improved to 7.92%, net NPA at 0.3%. Its rights issue was oversubscribed 1.5x, raising INR 799.86 Cr, boosting capital and liquidity. Management noted better provision coverage and cautious but steady portfolio recovery.
