Advik Capital Ltd. has announced a board meeting outcome covering key approvals and appointments. The Board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a consolidated net profit of Rs. 823.33 lakh and standalone net profit of Rs. 539.77 lakh for the year. The company appointed Mrs. Nisha Mittal as Company Secretary and designated M/s G Mansi & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Additionally, M/s Shubhangi Agarwal & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to members’ approval. The Board also authorized a postal ballot to seek shareholder consent on certain decisions.
