Reliance Infrastructure Limited — Important, 24-05-2025: Agreements

Reliance Infrastructure has settled corporate guarantee obligations of INR 1,673 crore with Cosmea Business Acquisitions Pvt Ltd, paying INR 425 crore upfront. No further cash calls will occur for 10 years, and the remaining amount can be repaid anytime via cash or non-cash means, including share issuance, subject to approvals. There’s no related-party involvement. This deal eases short-term liquidity pressure and offers flexibility in managing long-term obligations.
