Raj Packaging Industries Ltd — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Board Meeting

Raj Packaging Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 2025 with the statutory auditors giving an unqualified opinion. Ms. Swarupa Rani K has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, replacing the outgoing incumbent. Mr. Krishna Kumar Maheshwari is set for re-appointment as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The company also reappointed M/s KSVB & Co. as Internal Auditors and M/s Sayani & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26.
