Ashoka Buildcon’s subsidiary won a Rs. 1,391 Cr NHAI HAM concession in West Bengal; NHAI HAM projects in Karnataka received provisional completion certificates, unlocking annuity payments. New orders include Rs. 312 Cr Maharashtra power substation and Rs. 569 Cr Central Railway gauge conversion EPC. Sold 51% stake in renewable energy unit for Rs. 1.98 Cr. Q4 revenue fell 21% to Rs. 2,012 Cr, but EBITDA margin improved to 9%. Consolidated EBITDA rose 16% YoY; PAT doubled to Rs. 452 Cr. Debt slightly reduced; order book strong at ~Rs. 14,905 Cr.
