Adtech Systems Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a net profit of Rs 86.87 lakh for the quarter and Rs 437.95 lakh for the year. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,194.86 lakh for the quarter and Rs 4,774.93 lakh for the year, mainly from its Electronic Security Systems segment. The board proposed a 10% dividend on equity shares, subject to shareholder approval. The company appointed M/s Sajee & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting April 2025. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financials.
