The company has announced a board meeting approving the appointment of Mrs. Twinkle Agarwal as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. M/s RB Verma & Associates and M/s A.K. Bhardwaj & Co. have been appointed as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. M/s Jain Shrimal & Co. has been re-appointed as Statutory Auditors for another five-year term, pending shareholder consent. Mr. Hansmukh Patel joins as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. Independent Directors Mr. Rishi Bajoria and Dr. Sudhir Bhandari have been re-appointed for five-year terms, also subject to shareholder approval.
