Wires and Fabriks has announced a board meeting approving key appointments and re-appointments. Mrs. Twinkle Agarwal is appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. M/s RB Verma & Associates and M/s A. K. Bhardwaj & Co. are appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. M/s Jain Shrimal & Co. is re-appointed as Statutory Auditor for another five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Hansmukh Patel joins as Chief Financial Officer. Independent Directors Mr. Rishi Bajoria and Dr. Sudhir Bhandari are re-appointed for five years, subject to shareholder consent. These changes strengthen the company’s governance and audit oversight.
