Omfurn India Limited — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Omfurn India Limited has approved its audited financial results for FY 2024-25. The board appointed M/s. P. Mehta & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years, pending member approval, and re-appointed M/s. Patkar & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. A new CSR Committee has been formed to oversee social responsibility initiatives. The company also approved issuing 4,17,600 convertible equity share warrants to promoters at ₹97 each, which will convert into equity shares and be listed on NSE.
