The company has announced a board meeting which approved key appointments and re-appointments. Mrs. Twinkle Agarwal has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholders' approval. M/s RB Verma & Associates and M/s A.K. Bhardwaj & Co. have been appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. M/s Jain Shrimal & Co. will continue as Statutory Auditors for another five years pending shareholder approval. Mr. Hansmukh Patel joins as Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years in manufacturing. Non-Executive Independent Directors Mr. Rishi Bajoria and Dr. Sudhir Bhandari were re-appointed for five years, also subject to shareholder approval. These changes strengthen governance and leadership continuity ahead.
