B & A Packaging India Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total income from operations at ₹130.99 Cr, marginally up from ₹128.79 Cr last year. Net profit after tax declined to ₹9.83 Cr from ₹11.45 Cr previously. Total comprehensive income also dropped to ₹9.75 Cr from ₹11.38 Cr. The Board has proposed a dividend of Re 1 per equity share of ₹10 each.
