Raj Packaging Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 2025, along with an audit report for the full year with an unqualified opinion. Ms. Swarupa Rani K has been appointed as Company Secretary, replacing the former incumbent. Mr. Krishna Kumar Maheshwari is set for re-appointment as an Independent Director for five more years, subject to shareholder approval. The company also re-appointed M/s KSVB & Co. as Internal Auditors and M/s Sayani & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26.
