Gujarat Petrosynthese Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 415.85 lakh for the quarter, compared to Rs. 398.29 lakh in the previous year’s same quarter. Net profit before tax stood at Rs. 6.006 lakh, up from Rs. 772,000 last year, while net profit after tax was Rs. 4.975 lakh versus Rs. 1.354 lakh previously. Earnings per share improved to Rs. 0.83 (basic) and Rs. 0.83 (diluted) from Rs. 0.29 last year, indicating better profitability.
