Indobell Insulations Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the half-year and year ended 31st March 2025. The company declared a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of Rs 10 each, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Basu Chatterjea & Co. has been reappointed as the internal auditor for FY2025-26.
