Emmbi Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Emmbi Industries has announced a board meeting on May 24, 2025. The board approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, reporting a net profit of Rs. 17 Cr and earnings per share of Rs. 3.46. A dividend of Re. 0.30 per share was declared for FY25. The board also converted 7.66 lakh warrants into equity shares at Rs. 109 each. Leadership changes include Mr. Rajesh Solanki stepping down as Company Secretary, replaced by Mr. Mohit Premchand Dubey.
