Precision Metaliks Limited — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Precision Metaliks has announced a board meeting on the approval of the audited standalone financial results for the year and half-year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue fell to ₹131.54 Cr from ₹196.44 Cr last year. Profit before tax dropped sharply to ₹0.78 Cr compared to ₹7.26 Cr, with net profit down to ₹0.79 Cr from ₹6.78 Cr. Cash reserves declined to ₹41.24 Cr, while trade receivables jumped to ₹143.47 Cr. The board noted no deviation in the use of ₹32.16 Cr raised via preferential issue last year. No dividend declared.
