Mawana Sugars Limited — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mawana Sugars has announced a board meeting on May 24, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue hit Rs. 1,446 Cr, with net profit surging to Rs. 109 Cr from Rs. 37.7 Cr a year ago. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1/share, bringing total payout to 40%. They also approved merging wholly-owned subsidiary Mawana Foods Pvt Ltd into the parent company. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gangwar was reappointed Managing Director for another year, and a new secretarial auditor was appointed for five years.
