Mawana Sugars has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year and proposed a final 10% dividend, bringing FY25’s total dividend to 40%. The board approved merging its subsidiary, Mawana Foods Pvt Ltd, to boost operating efficiency. FY25 net profit jumped to Rs 71.40 Cr, fueled by stronger sugar and power segments plus one-time gains from asset sales. The Managing Director’s tenure and pay have been extended by one year.
