Indobell Insulations Ltd — Updates, 24-05-2025: Company Update

Indobell Insulations has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, accompanied by an unmodified audit opinion from its statutory auditors. The company proposed a final dividend of Rs 2 per share, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Basu Chatterjea & Co. has been appointed as the internal auditor till May 2026. Additionally, there was no deviation in the utilization of Rs 10.14 Cr raised through the public issue, with funds largely deployed for working capital, corporate expenses, and public issue costs; Rs 41 lakh remains in fixed deposits for future capital expenditure.
