Patels Airtemp (India) Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint CS Punit Santosh Kumar Lath as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval. CS Lath is an experienced practicing company secretary with expertise in audit, corporate law compliance, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, investor relations, corporate governance, and debt restructuring. He currently handles secretarial audit assignments for six listed and unlisted companies. This appointment strengthens the company’s governance and compliance standards going forward.
