Enser Communications has announced a board meeting on which it approved its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting total income of ₹85.45 Cr and a profit before tax of ₹12.01 Cr, reflecting steady growth. The company has fully utilized its IPO proceeds of ₹16.17 Cr towards its planned objectives. To support expansion, borrowing limits have been raised to ₹100 Cr. Additionally, M/s P.N. Khanna & Co. will continue as Internal Auditor, and M/s Neena Deshpande & Co. has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
