Arihant Superstructures Limited — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Arihant Superstructures has announced a board meeting on May 24, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year with clean audit reports. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share, while promoters waived their share for FY25. The company will exit its 5% stake in Amoghvarsh Houses, ending associate ties.
