Konndor Industries Ltd — Updates, 24-05-2025: Company Update

Konndor Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The Board also took note of the shareholding pattern and reconciliation of share capital audit report for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. Two additional Independent Directors were appointed: Ms. Aasavari Vinod Jadhav, a visual storyteller with expertise in film production and AR/VR content, and Mr. Meet Harshadbhai Thakkar, a civil engineer experienced in trading, import-export, and project handling. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval and will hold office until the next General Meeting.
