IFGL Refractories Limited — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

IFGL Refractories has announced a board meeting on May 24, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for FY 2024-25. Revenue inched up to ₹1,670.44 Cr, while net profit halved to ₹42.98 Cr. The board declared a final dividend of 10% (₹1/share), bringing total payouts to 70% this year. A 1:1 bonus share issue was proposed, doubling equity shares pending shareholder nod. Mihir Prakash Bajoria was appointed Additional Director and will become Managing Director from September 1. New Secretarial Auditors were also appointed, with the 18th AGM scheduled soon.
