Sharda Motor Industries Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 24-05-2025: Bonus

Sharda Motor Industries has announced a board meeting on June 13, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 32.50 per share (face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval.

A 1:1 bonus issue is planned, with eligibility based on a forthcoming record date. This will double the paid-up capital from Rs. 5.74 Cr to Rs. 11.48 Cr, aimed at rewarding shareholders and boosting liquidity and market participation.

FY25 highlights: Revenue at Rs. 2,83,657 lakh, PAT at Rs. 31,249 lakh, and EPS at Rs. 108.87.
