IFGL Refractories Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 24-05-2025: Record Date

IFGL Refractories has announced June 6, 2025, as the record date for shareholders eligible to receive a 1:1 bonus share issue (one bonus share per share held) and the final dividend of Re 1 per share for FY 2024-25. This final dividend adds to an earlier interim dividend of Rs 6 per share. The Annual General Meeting will be held on August 27, 2025.
