Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose 20% YoY to Rs 4,643 Cr, with operating EBITDA up 55% to Rs 1,247 Cr, and PAT up 34% to Rs 702 Cr for FY25. Standalone revenue grew 27% YoY to Rs 3,484 Cr, with EBITDA soaring 86% to Rs 953 Cr and PAT increasing 31% to Rs 608 Cr. Growth was supported by the SKS Power acquisition, despite a temporary shutdown due to a fire and weak steel/ferro alloys demand impacting margins.
