Jagran Prakashan has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4FY25 standalone operating revenue declined to Rs 410.63 Cr, hurt by weaker ad and digital income, with operating profit falling to Rs 74.86 Cr from Rs 109.91 Cr. Full-year operating revenue slipped 3% to Rs 1589.84 Cr, and PAT dropped to Rs 211.12 Cr. Consolidated PAT swung to a loss of Rs 51.46 Cr in Q4 due to a Rs 130.35 Cr impairment in a subsidiary. Radio City faced margin pressure, while Outdoor and Events segments grew. An interim dividend of Rs 6/share (~Rs 130 Cr) was declared.
