One Point One Solutions has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue rose 38% YoY to ₹73.62 Cr, EBITDA reached ₹18.84 Cr, and PAT grew 31% to ₹8.74 Cr. FY25 revenue jumped 54% to ₹270.17 Cr with PAT up 55%. The company plans acquisitions of a US healthcare RCM firm (~₹371 Cr) and an India-based BPM consulting firm (₹261 Cr), alongside new international contracts and recognition for its AI-driven solutions.
