Concord Enviro Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Concord Enviro Systems has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a strong consolidated net profit of Rs. 51.49 Cr, more than doubling from Rs. 21.44 Cr last year, on revenues rising to Rs. 594.4 Cr. Discontinued operations recorded a loss of Rs. 6.7 Cr. EPS stood healthy at Rs. 27.29. Mr. Anish Goel joins as Group CFO from June 2, 2025. IPO funds are mainly being used for subsidiaries’ capex and working capital, with Rs. 97.6 Cr still parked in bank deposits.
