Concord Enviro Systems Limited has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a standalone net profit of Rs. 18.80 million for the quarter and Rs. 60.18 million for the year. Consolidated net profit was Rs. 471.31 million for the quarter and Rs. 514.93 million for the year, driven mainly by ongoing operations. After completing its IPO in December 2024, raising Rs. 175 Cr net, the company has deployed Rs. 64.85 Cr towards capital expenditure, investments, and corporate purposes. Mr. Anish Goel will join as Group CFO bringing 20+ years of experience.
